
b. 1971, Casey Chen, a multidisciplinary artist who breathes, lives, and eat all things aesthetic. He creates happy pieces with a story to tell, betting on novelty and fresh ideas. Having graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Design, Casey has been in the design and art field for over two decades. He is experienced and versatile with various aspects of design. He is actively involved in Singapore and international art and design scenes in a number of different areas – brand, furniture, jewellery, product design, sculpture, and authorship of three books. His commissioned National sculpture of “Total Defence Day – 2010” is now a permanent collection with the School of the ARTS, Singapore (SOTA). He was invited as a Key Speaker to speak at SPARK – an annual International Design Conference 2017 with Bangkok University.
